On 6 October, step into an intimate evening of fine wines, thoughtful cuisine and stories worth savoring high above Hai Phong at Mad Cow Wine & Grill.
In collaboration with Celliers d’Asie and Red Apron, two of Vietnam’s leading wine distributors, the evening unfolds over a six-course menu crafted exclusively by our Mad Cow culinary team, with each course thoughtfully paired to reveal the nuanced character of five premium French wines from the renowned Castel family estates.
Joined by Mr. Corentin Nevot, Southeast Asia Area Director of Castel Frères, the event also offers a closer look into the stories behind each pour – from grape varieties to the winemaking techniques that shape its distinctive character.
