Introducing Chef Willis: The Wok Hei Master of Red Flowers Pavilion

Chef

Started his culinary career in 2006 at a traditional Chinese restaurant in Shanghai, found his strong passion for the art of cooking, especially for Chinese Cantonese Cuisine, Chef Willis has worked his way up to fine dining restaurants in both Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur, where he honed his craft in contemporary Cantonese gastronomy.

Today, we are delighted to welcome Chef Willis to Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel, as our new Executive Chinese Chef. With his fusion technique, mastery of ‘wok hei’, and unwavering dedication, Chef Willis breathes new life into every dish at Red Flowers Pavilion, gracefully bridging the elegance of Cantonese gastronomy with the coastal spirit of Hai Phong, setting a new benchmark for Cantonese dining in the city.
