New at Red Flowers Pavilion this July, Australian beef short ribs are slowly braised with Chu Hou sauce and an aromatic blend of over 10 traditional spices, allowing each layer of flavor to develop with patience. Coated in a delicate house-made batter and finished with a quick fry, the result is a crisp golden crust that gives way to tender, richly braised beef beneath.
